Mike serves as a Territory Manager covering parts of Colorado. He has over 35 years of HVAC/R industry and aftermarket parts’ experience, along with previously owning an Independent Manufacturers’ Rep Agency. He is well recognized in both HVAC/R national and local industry events. Mike received his degree in Business Management from Western Colorado University in Gunnison, Colorado. He is a native of Colorado, and his passion out of the workplace is adventure in both the mountains and the ocean, including sailing, boating, and hiking.​​​

Skylar is a Territory Manager covering Utah and Idaho. He has over 20+ years of experience in the HVAC trades. He started in the HVAC trade as a young man of 14, working with his friend’s father’s HVAC business. He then transitioned into the wholesale distribution side in the early 2000s as a territory sales manager covering Utah. Skylar’s hobbies include the great outdoors, such as camping, hiking, yard work, etc. He enjoys listening to all kinds of music and likes to learn anything DIY he can do on his own. He loves spending time with his beautiful family – his loving wife Amy, and their three children.

Matt Butler is a Territory Manager covering all of Utah and Southwestern Wyoming. He has extensive experience in the Mechanical Building trades, having worked in service, wholesale, and as a manufacturer’s representative. Vocational education is a passion for Matt, and he has taught in both the public​ and private sectors all over the Western United States. When not strategizing to improve product distribution, Matt is likely out looking for a curvy two-lane highway on his motorcycle. ​

Kevin Davis recently joined our Inside Sales Specialists’ team after moving up from warehouse lead. He brings a unique blend of skills to MJM’s rep agency. With a degree in geoscience, focusing on geographic information systems, he’s cultivated an analytical approach that complements his technical intrigue.
His journey has taken him from the heights of wind turbine technology to the intricacies of live production, shaping him into a versatile professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving. This foundation has helped him in his current Inside Sales/Technical Service role.
Beyond the office, you’ll find him diving into music, the pages of a thought-provoking book, or exploring the breathtaking trails of the Rocky Mountain West.

Leonard L. Fedie, Jr. is another one of our Inside Sales Specialists. He has extensive experience in the HVAC field, having worked in manufacturing, construction, installation, service and wholesale. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and keeps several industry licenses and certifications current. Leonard can offer North American Technician Excellence (NATE) training. 

Ron is one of our knowledgeable Inside Sales Specialists and Tech Advisors. He is also one of our Product Consultants to Engineers for our Colorado territory. His previous background as an HVAC contractor ensures his understanding of our industry. If you call and connect with Ron, you will instantly agree that he also has excellent customer-care service skills. When not working, you will likely find him spending time with his family, or at a music venue enjoying local talent. He also enjoys camping, fishing, the Denver Broncos and the Colorado Avalanche.

With 13 years of HVAC industry experience, Angela is often the first friendly and knowledgeable voice you’ll hear when you call MJM. That’s right, a real human voice, no bots, no prompts! She supports our customer and vendor partners by handling incoming calls, monitoring and communicating order statuses, placing and tracking orders with manufacturers, and preparing timely, accurate quotes.
Angela helps operations run smoothly, ensuring requests are handled efficiently and details are followed through from start to finish.
Beyond logistics, Angela brings a personal, service-focused approach to every interaction, ensuring customers feel supported and informed throughout the process. Beyond the desk, she’s an outdoor enthusiast and nature-photography buff who rarely misses a good trail or a great shot.

Kelsie is our Commissions Specialist and a key part of the accounting team at MJM. She oversees commission reporting across all the manufacturer lines we represent, ensuring the numbers are accurate and on track. You may also recognize her friendly, upbeat voice when you call into our Colorado office. Outside of work, Kelsie enjoys spending time outdoors and making the most of time with friends and family.
